The ZCF series DC tachogenerator is a closed self-cooling separately excited DC generator with a commutator. The armature voltage generated under constant excitation current is proportional to the armature speed. Used as speed measurement and feedback components in automatic control systems. 
ZCF series DC tachometer generator is a continuous working system. 
　　According to the use environment conditions, it is divided into two categories: ordinary type and moist heat type. 
The insulation grade of ZCF series is Class E. There are two types of stators: ZCF100 stator is composed of steel tube casing, removable magnetic poles and coils; other stators are composed of non-removable laminated iron core and aluminum alloy casing cast into one body and composed of coils. Both end caps are made of aluminum alloy. The tubular brush holder is glued to the front end cap. The front end cover is equipped with a protective tape peephole and wiring board. The motor is connected to the driving mechanism through a coupling device.
