CZJ-B2 intelligent vibration monitoring and protection instrument is a two-channel intelligent instrument. It cooperates with SZ-6 magnetoelectric speed sensor to continuously monitor the amplitude or intensity of absolute vibration of bearings of various rotating machinery. Measurement, when the measured value exceeds the limit, the meter will automatically send out alarm and stop signal. The meter can be easily connected with DCS, PLC system and paperless recorder. 
The monitor has two types of disk-mounted and wall-mounted watches for users to choose.

The main function
■ Monitoring and protection of bearing vibrations of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, turbines, compressors, blowers, etc.
Technical indicators
■ Input signal: SZ-6 type magnetoelectric speed sensor, sensitivity: 50mV/mm/s ±5%, frequency response: 10~300Hz.
■ Display mode: 3-digit LED digital display, accuracy: ±1%.
■ Measurement range: 0 ~ 500μm (peak-to-peak amplitude), 0 ~ 30.0mm / s (vibration intensity) or user-defined.
■ Corresponding to the full-scale range linear output DC4 ~ 20mA analog signal, load resistance ≤ 500Ω, accuracy: ± 1.0%.
■ All parameters can be displayed or set on the display by pressing the button. The parameters that can be set or displayed mainly include: alarm value, stop value, historical maximum value after alarm, and measurement linear correction.
■ Alarm output: Alarm I, alarm II secondary alarm output, when the measured value exceeds the limit, LED light indication, relay action, relay contact capacity DC28V /2A, AC250V /1A;
■ Automatically save historical peak and historical alarm status after alarm, setting data and historical parameters can be saved for a long time after power failure.
■ With power-on and power-down suppression function (protecting historical data, suppressing false alarms), self-locking alarm output function within 30 to 45 seconds after power-on.
■ Environmental requirements:
* There are no corrosive, no strong magnetic fields, etc.;

* Storage temperature: -40 ~ 60 ° C;
* Relative humidity: 20 to 90% (non-condensing);
