working principle
The permanent magnet motor is used to drive the blade to rotate. When the material to be detected rises to the position of the blade, the rotation of the blade is blocked. The resistance is transmitted to the detection device in the junction box through the transmission shaft. The detection device outputs a switch signal and cuts off the motor power. Stop the blades from turning. When the material falls, the resistance of the blade disappears, the detection device returns to the original state by the pulling force of the spring, and the blade returns to the rotating state. For materials with large differences in specific gravity, the spring tension can be adjusted. When the specific gravity is large, the spring tension is adjusted to the strongest, and vice versa.
