2   Structural features and working principle

2 . . 1   Structure:

    Small size, light weight, good sealing performance and easy maintenance; after the contact action, there is still a large rotation buffer angle of the probe rod, so that it is not easily damaged; the probe rod is equipped with a rolling sheath to avoid friction between the probe rod and the tape .

2 . 2   works

    When the tape is running normally, the probe rod of the deflection switch is in the vertical position. When the tape deviates, the tape touches the probe rod of the deviation switch and drives the shaft of the probe rod to rotate. When the probe rod is deflected to a certain angle, the travel switch in the deviation switch is toggled to issue a deviation signal.

4 Installation and use

4.1 Installation

    Install the deviation sensor on the frame of the belt conveyor, and pay attention to adjust the position of the probe rod of the deviation sensor and the tape.

4.2 Wiring

    Users can choose mine rubber sheathed cable 3×1.5 with an outer diameter of 6 ~ 12mm according to their needs , and lead the output contact of the deviation sensor to the main control contact of the coal mine belt conveyor protection device.

4.3 Notes

4.3.1 The power supply used conforms to the rated voltage on the nameplate.
