When the conveyor belt is torn, broken, damaged at the junction or protruding, the tear switch can provide the monitoring personnel with an
alarm signal or shut down the conveyor. The tearing switches are installed in pairs on both sides of the conveyor belt, and are connected by two sections of aviation wire ropes with Z-Xi jackets. One end of the aviation wire rope is fixed on the support bracket; the other end is connected to the pull ring of the tear switch, and the two sections of aviation wire rope form a monitoring surface under the conveyor belt. When the wire rope is used, the aviation wire rope pulls the pull ring of the tear switch to make it move, and the tear switch sends out an alarm signal or a stop signal.
