This series of fast fuses are made of pure silver sheets. The variable cross-section melt is encapsulated in a fuse tube made of high-strength porcelain; the fuse tube is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand as the arc extinguishing medium; the fuse can be brought Indicator or striker, when the fuse is blown, the indicator/ striker will act immediately, showing that the fuse has been blown (indicator) and pushing the micro switch (strike) to send out various signals or automatically switch the circuit. This series of fast fuse has the characteristics of large rated capacity, high breaking capacity, fast fusing speed, low power consumption, good current limiting characteristics, etc.; product cooling methods are divided into two categories: self-cooling and water-cooling. .

Structure type: divided into L type (machete type), Z type (middle bus type), P ₁ type (single plate type), P ₂ type (double plate type), P ₃ type (single large plate type) ), P ₄ (single thick plate type) six kinds.

Examples: (1) RSK-500V/800A-07AZ represents the RSK type fast fuse with a rated voltage of 500V, a rated current of 800A, and a Z-shaped structure, using a 72×72 porcelain tube.

       (2) RSK-1000V/800A-07B P4 represents the RSK type fast fuse with a rated voltage of 1000V and a rated current of 1800A, P ₄ type structure, using a 74×74 porcelain tube.

→ Basic parameters

→Normal working conditions
1. The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000M;
2. The upper limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃, and the lower limit does not fall below -5℃. Under such conditions, condensation due to temperature changes is not allowed of;

3. Install in a non-explosive medium, where there is no gas
that can corrode metal and damage insulation, and no conductive dust; 4. The product can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely, and there is no significant vibration and impact in the workplace;
5. The product When the rated current of the product is greater than 1250A, and it is used for a long time above 70% of the rated current, it must be connected to a water-cooled bus or forced air-cooled;
