1. Product introduction

 Universal weight transmitter controller is a transmitter display controller for industrial control field. It integrates weight display, analog signal output, Modbus-RTU communication, large-screen communication, switch input, and relay output. Adopt high-speed 24-bit Σ-Δ A/D converter, 16-bit D/A converter, and all interfaces are processed by photoelectric isolation.
Fully consider the complexity of electromagnetic interference in industrial sites , carefully design software and hardware, and are suitable for industrial applications in building materials, chemical, food, metallurgy and other industries.

1.1 Main features
⚫ Built-in anti-EMC interference circuit, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, stable data, suitable for industrial applications.
⚫Three calibration methods: weight calibration, calibration parameter modification, sensitivity input calibration (weightless calibration).
⚫Choose RS232 or RS485 two ways, support Modbus-RTU communication multi-word continuous read and write function.
⚫The analog output type can be set: 0～20mA, 4～20mA, 0～5V or 0～10V.
⚫The relay output mode can be set: sorting, fixed value, quantitative, decrement, batching, peak value and other modes.
⚫ Supports automatic start of jog feeding when the actual feeding weight is out of tolerance.
⚫ Support the host computer to calibrate the controller.
⚫ The number of cycle batching can be set, and the function of infinite cycle batching is supported.
⚫ The batching times accumulation function, the actual batching weight reading function from the upper computer.
⚫ Supports a series of operations such as zero setting, tare removal, batching start and stop by the host computer.
⚫ Stainless steel anti-corrosion panel, all-metal shielded shell.
