BWR-04J (TH) transformer winding thermometer is a transformer-specific instrument. The instrument is designed with the principle of additional temperature rise. The product has the characteristics of small size, full function, convenient installation and simple operation. And can output DC (4-20) mA standard current signal for computer system and secondary instrument to achieve unmanned power station management.
Three working principle
BWR-04J (TH) transformer winding thermometer, mainly composed of elastic components, sensing conduits, temperature sensing components, electric heating components, integrated converter and digital display.
The temperature package of the transformer winding thermometer is inserted into the oil hole on the top layer of the transformer tank (as shown in Figure 1). When the transformer load is zero, the reading of the winding thermometer is the temperature of the transformer oil; when the transformer is loaded, the current is passed through the transformer. The current drawn by the transformer is proportional to the load, and is adjusted by the converter to flow through the electric heating element embedded in the bellows; the heat generated by the electric heating element increases the displacement of the elastic element. Therefore, after the transformer is loaded, the displacement of the elastic component is determined by both the top oil temperature of the transformer and the load current of the transformer; the temperature indicated by the transformer winding thermometer is the sum of the temperature of the transformer oil and the temperature rise of the coil to the oil, reflecting the Measure the temperature of the hottest part of the transformer coil.
