BWR-04 series transformer winding temperature controller (hereinafter referred to as winding thermostat) is designed for oil-immersed power transformers. It uses the "thermal simulation" method to indirectly measure the transformer winding temperature.
The transformer winding temperature T1 is the sum of the top oil temperature T2 of the transformer and the temperature rise ΔT of the winding to the oil, that is, T1=T2+ΔT. The temperature rise ΔT of the winding to the oil is determined by the current of the transformer winding. The current of the secondary side of the current transformer is proportional to the winding current. The working principle of the winding thermostat is to take out the current proportional to the load through the current transformer and adjust it by the converter. Thereafter, the electric heating element is input to the elastic element of the winding thermostat, and the heat generated by the electric heating element causes an additional displacement of the elastic element, thereby generating a temperature indicating value that is a temperature difference higher than the oil temperature. The winding thermostat uses this indirect method to obtain an average indication of the winding temperature.
BWR-04 adopts the principle of additional temperature rise to simulate the temperature of the top oil temperature of the transformer and the average temperature rise of the winding to the oil. The working principle is to take out the current proportional to the load through the current transformer and adjust it after the power matcher. Input to the electric heating element embedded in the elastic element of the thermostat, the heat generated by the electric heating element causes an additional displacement of the elastic element, thereby generating an additional temperature rise.
It has four sets of large-capacity temperature-controlled switches that can be set freely within the full range, which are used to start, close and output alarm signals of the cooling system.
BWR-04A type output (30 ~ 800) Ω resistance signal;
BWR-04 output (4 ~ 20) mA current signal, the working power is provided by the secondary instrument (digital display);
BWR-04J type output (4 ~ 20) mA current signal, the working power supply is directly provided by the meter.
