1. Working principle
BWDK-3207E resistance thermometer for transformer is specially designed and manufactured according to JB/T7631-2005 "Resistance Thermometer for Transformer" standard. The temperature controller adopts single-chip microcomputer technology, and uses three platinum thermal resistors embedded in the three-phase winding of the dry-type transformer to detect and display the temperature rise of the transformer winding. It can manually or automatically start and stop the cooling fan to perform forced air cooling on the winding. It can also control over-temperature alarm and over-temperature tripping output to ensure that the transformer operates in a safe state.

3. Product Function Introduction
1. The temperature controller has the following functions: roving temperature display, fan start and stop control, over-temperature alarm, ultra-high temperature automatic trip, sensor failure alarm, failure signal output; protective shell door opening thermostat alarm function. 485 communication function and 4 ~ 20MA output function can be added.
2. The user can freely modify the temperature controller fan automatic start value, fan automatic stop value, over-temperature alarm value, over-temperature trip value.
3. The fan function is automatically started at regular intervals to prevent the dry variable fan from rusting if it does not run for a long time.
4. When the temperature detected by the temperature controller does not reach the automatic start value of the fan, the user can manually start the fan. Sensor fault detection alarm function, black box function, cabinet door open alarm function.
