They are mainly used for inverter power supply. YVF2 series frequency conversion speed regulation special three-phase asynchronous motor cooling.
    　　With the continuous expansion of the application range of variable frequency speed regulation technology, more and more types of motors use frequency conversion speed regulation technology. Various requirements are also put forward for its matching cooling fan. The G series fans developed and manufactured by our company can not only produce standard fans according to international standards, but also design and produce various cooling fans of different sizes and purposes according to the requirements of each household. The fan motor has been continuously improved, the production process has been improved, and the product quality has been improved day by day. It has the characteristics of a wide range of applications and a long service life. When purchasing G series fans, users can put forward their own applicable requirements or provide drawings, etc. Our company will design and manufacture specially for users.
     
    Structure description

    The G series cooling fan is composed of a fan hood, a fan motor, a fan blade, a support frame, etc. The standard fan hood is formed by drawing and forming a steel plate by a hydraulic machine, and the elongated fan hood is formed by welding and forming a steel plate coil. The air inlet is composed of small holes. The fan motor adopts a special design method, and the protection level is IP54. This series of fans has the characteristics of simple installation, low noise, low vibration, and reliable operation.

     

    Applicable voltage and frequency of G series fan
    Rated frequency can be 50Hz, 60Hz,
    rated voltage single-phase 110V, 220V, 380V, etc.
    Three-phase 110V, 220V, 380V, 415V, 660V, 1140V, etc.
    Applicable environmental conditions
    The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters. The ambient temperature is -15℃～+40℃. The relative humidity of the air is less than or equal to 90%. Working mode S1. Protection grade IP54 or IP55.
    maintenance
    The fan should be connected to an independent power source, and a variable frequency power source cannot be used. After the fan is energized, check whether the rotation direction is consistent with the marked direction. The fan is packed in a carton, and should be handled with care during transportation to avoid collisions and knocks. It is strictly forbidden to transport it with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. The fan should be stored in a clean and well-ventilated warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10℃～+35℃, relative humidity ≤70%, and no corrosive gas in the air.
    Warranty
    In the case that the user uses and stores the fan correctly, it is less than one year since the date of delivery, and the fan is damaged or cannot operate normally due to the poor manufacturing quality of the fan itself. The user can be replaced or repaired free of charge. The factory damaged by abnormal use Fang is not responsible
