The detected signal is shaped and counted and monitored by the microprocessor. When the identified pulse is confirmed to be the emergency breaker striker flying out signal, the rotational speed when receiving the first pulse signal is immediately memorized in the memory. When the speed decreases and the impactor retracts, the speed at this time is also stored. The above data can be reproduced on the display screen by operating the buttons on the instrument panel.

The controller HZQW-03E is used to measure the turbine speed of 300MW and 600MW feedwater pumps with a speed of 30 teeth. The device is a high-performance microcomputer intelligent digital display instrument. The instrument normally displays the turbine speed, and the internal memory function can store the emergency breaker striker "out", "retract" and the unit's "maximum" speed in the instrument.
