Probe ZS-02
In order to conveniently measure the rotation speed of turbomachinery, a speed measuring gear or key phase device is usually installed on the rotor. The sensor ZS-02 converts the rotation speed signal of the rotating parts of the rotating machinery into a corresponding signal by measuring the frequency of the speed measuring gear or key phase device. The electrical pulse signal is supplied to the electronic equipment for speed measurement. The sensor is available in ordinary and high-resistance versions to adapt to measurement needs under different working conditions.
The speed probe ZS-02 sensor is matched with the HZQW-03A tachometer. When the emergency breaker striker is struck, ZS-02 detects this signal. The frequency of this signal is 49-60HZ. The detected signal is shaped and processed by the microprocessor. The device performs counting and identification. When the identified pulse is confirmed to be the emergency breaker striker flying out signal, the rotational speed when receiving a pulse signal is immediately memorized in the memory.
When the speed decreases and the impactor retracts, the speed at this time is also stored. The above data can be reproduced on the display screen by operating the buttons on the instrument panel.
