Sensor 7000TD measurement has long been a high-standard and demanding procedure. The displacement value displays important parameters during startup, shutdown and stable operation of the steam turbine unit. The correlation between the vibration value and the machine displacement is very important for analyzing the machine performance. When the machine is stopped, a sudden drop in displacement will mean that there is a large area of metal friction inside the machine. Zero displacement is a preset displacement. When the running machine needs to stop, the machine displacement reaches the zero displacement set point, and the relay contact activates to engage the turning gear, causing the shaft to continue rotating at a slow speed to prevent the shaft from bending. Avoid damage to the machine due to shaft bending during subsequent drives.
