CJC20-400A series self-maintaining energy-saving AC contactor is the core of CJ20 type AC contactor. The original silicon steel sheet is changed to semi-hard magnetic steel. Under DC excitation, the contactor is attracted. When the excitation current is disconnected, the core remains in the pull-in position due to the remanence. When the reverse DC or AC demagnetization is used, the contactor is released. The energy-saving contactor does not pass the excitation current during the pull-in operation, thus achieving the purpose of energy-saving, noise-free, and non-burning of the excitation coil. This contactor is used for infrequent operation. The CJC20 series self-maintaining energy-saving contactor is mainly suitable for connecting and disconnecting circuits in a power system with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to 660V and rated working current up to 400A. It is especially suitable for (1) supporting the use of the total leakage protection in rural areas and the leakage pulse relay; (2) the distribution switch for timed power transmission; and (3) the reactive compensation capacitor control cabinet. In the above situation, the contactor is not required to be disconnected when the power grid is cut off, and self-power transmission is allowed when the call is made. The function is the same as the automatic switch. The contactor is required to be disconnected when the power grid is out of power, and self-power transmission is not allowed when the call is made.
