HLD series adjustable differential pressure controller

1. Application:
HLD series adjustable differential pressure controller is a pressure control instrument that drives the micro switch to work by means of the action of elastic elements. The controller has the characteristics of reasonable structure, accurate action, reliable use, high opening and closing frequency, vibration resistance and large contact capacity. The differential pressure controller is usually used in the water system of the central air conditioner to control the pressure difference between the water supply pipe and the return water pipe. It is different from other models of differential pressure controller, it is equipped with a single-pole double-throw floating contact. Through the action of the floating contact, the contact plate is turned on, so that the motor driver operates the valve. A typical application example is to install the valve in the bypass pipeline near the system water pump. When the pressure difference between the supply and return pipes of the system exceeds the set value of the controller , the valve opens and more water flows through it. Bypass the valve to reduce the pressure difference between the supply and return pipes of the water system. On the contrary, the pressure difference between the supply and return pipes of the water system increases .

2. Performance characteristics

1. HLD series adjustable differential pressure controller is a safety switch that can be used to protect refrigeration compressors from damage due to low lubricating oil pressure. If the oil pressure is too low, the controller will stop the compressor after a period of time.
